We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that unsolicited advertising information is sent , such as spam emails.

Sensitive data, such as address data, information about your payment methods, credit card details or account details in the case of direct debit, are only transmitted in encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and stored on security servers. The electronic payment process is handled by a certified payment service provider.

PayPal 

Our website allows payment via PayPal. The payment service provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you pay with PayPal, the payment data you have entered will be transmitted to Paypal. Your data is transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 section 1 lit. b) GDPR (processing to fulfill a contract). You can revoke your already given consent at any time. Data processing operations in the past remain effective in the event of a revocation.

The processing and forwarding of your data takes place on the following legal bases: Art. 6 section 1 lit. a) EU GDPR for all processing that requires consent, Art. 6 section 1 lit. b) EU GDPR for contract fulfillment, Art. 6 section 1 lit. c) EU GDPR for consent management to fulfill legal obligations as well as Art. 6 section 1 lit. f) EU GDPR for further processing with legitimate interest.

We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 lit. b) EU GDPR.

Your data will be used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations solely for the purpose associated with the respective collection and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 lit. f) EU GDPR.

We commission other companies and individuals as cooperation partners with the fulfillment of tasks such as production, packaging, shipping and delivery of various print products and articles from our extensive range of photographic products.

These service providers have access to personal information that is necessary to carry out their tasks. However, they  may only use this information for these purposes.

We have obliged our service providers to treat the information in accordance with the relevant data protection laws and our data protection declarations.

To process payments, we pass on the payment and order data required for this to the credit institute commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.

A transfer of personal data to government agencies only takes place within the framework of mandatory legal provisions. Your data will not be disclosed to private third parties without your express consent.

In addition, our employees are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the relevant data protection regulations.

We use extensive technical and operational security precautions to protect your personal data managed by us against misuse, accidental or deliberate manipulation or against access by unauthorized persons.

DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION FOR USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google").
